Salary: 200,000 - 250,000 Monthly + Performance Incentives
A growing food and dessert business in Lagos is seeking a proactive, sales-driven Customer Service & Sales Associate to oversee customer service operations and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will lead the customer service team, convert enquiries into sales, strengthen customer relationships, and develop new catering sales opportunities.
What You\'ll Be Responsible For
- Supervise and coordinate the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage customer enquiries and convert leads into paid orders.
- Follow up on quotations and outstanding leads to improve sales conversion.
- Drive repeat purchases, customer retention, and reactivation.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Handle high-value customers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Identify and follow up on outdoor dessert catering sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team targets.
- Prepare weekly sales and customer service reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up consistently on prospective clients.
- 3 - 5 years\' experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to convert customer enquiries into sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and consistent follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Proficiency in computer applications, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Experience in food, hospitality, catering, events, or premium retail is an advantage.
