We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Operations Administrator to support our dynamic team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client service. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks including processing quotations, invoices, credit notes, and stock journals using Pastel. You will assist with sales orders, manage stock movements and counts, coordinate deliveries, and track shipments to guarantee timely and accurate service. Your proactive approach will be vital as you support the sales team, manage showroom inventory, and assist walk-in customers, ensuring an inviting and professional environment. Your responsibilities will also extend to handling petty cash, banking, and reporting, as well as preparing for trade shows, installations, and external events. Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the showroom and administrative functions.
