The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, invoices and sales orders, processing OEM warranties, maintaining engine tracking records and managing customer logbooks. Key Responsibilities Prepare and revise cost estimates, invoices and sales orders. Process OEM warranties and manage warranty-related administration. Perform engine costing, margin analysis and journal entries. Monitor and update engine tracking databases and technical records. Review, maintain and manage engine logbooks and certification records. Open and maintain work orders, inspection packages and customer purchase orders. Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure requests are handled professionally and timeously. Maintain accurate records, filing systems and customer information. Support customer service, production and service centre operations. Ensure compliance with applicable technical documentation and aviation requirements. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 with post-secondary education or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years'''' experience in the aviation industry, particularly with PWC PT6A-series turbine engines. Experience in accounting, sales, customer service or a related environment. Accredited training in Civil Aviation Regulations and Technical Standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and integrated business systems.
