Key Responsibilities
Execute daily field sales, direct customer engagement, and product distribution across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Drive market penetration, identify new business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure optimal product visibility and brand availability at all retail touchpoints.
Deliver continuous feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the regional sales team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Driving Capability: Must know how to drive manual/automatic sales vehicles and possess a valid National Driver’s License along with all necessary driving permits.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven field sales or direct execution experience, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and route-mapping skills. High level of energy, resilience, and personal drive.
Language / Location: Strong familiarity with the local market dynamic.
