Job Summary

• We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Associates at our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of SIM cards, MiFi devices, and routers.
• Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Promote Vitel Wireless products and convert customer enquiries into sales.
• Process SIM registrations and activations accurately in line with company procedures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales and activation records.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, product demand, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, retail, telecommunications, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and results-oriented approach.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
