Customer Relationship Officer

Your Role:

• Build strong patient relationships, guide customers through registration & onboarding, convert enquiries into active users, coordinate bookings, resolve complaints, and drive renewals.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree or HND
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service / relationship management / customer success
• Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, fintech or subscription is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, empathy & problem-solving skills
