Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution
• Certification in Customer Experience Management (e.g., CCXP) is an added
• A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a comparable customer-facing role preferably in the Healthcare industry
• A person of high integrity in their personal conduct and handling of sensitive data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client feedback (Customer relationship management system)
