Job Position: Customer Care / Sales Representative Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Role Overview

• As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented,experienced Customer Care/Sales Representative Officer to champion customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth at our Abuja branch.
• In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients while actively identifying and converting business opportunities. You will blend exceptional customer relationship management with strategic sales outreach to promote our engineering services and technical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate service.
• Sales & Lead Conversion: Persuasively present company products and engineering solutions to prospective clients, turning technical inquiries into successful sales.
• Client Retention: Follow up consistently on customer requests, manage corporate accounts, and maintain daily logs of client interactions.
• Technical Product Guidance: Guide technical and non-technical clients through our product selection, helping them choose the right engineering infrastructure options.
• Market Awareness: Monitor local market trends in Abuja to identify growth opportunities, new projects, and competitive strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a combined customer service and sales/telemarketing role, preferably within the engineering, construction, or oil & gas service industries.
• Communication Skills: Articulate, persuasive, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Tracking: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
• Tech Savviness: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and business productivity software.
• Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Abuja's corporate and industrial business landscape is highly desirable.
