Summary

• We are seeking a professional and patient-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and visitors courteously.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, appointments and patient registration process.

Requirements

• A degree in relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience as a customer Service Rep( front desk) preferable in healthcare.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in basic computer applications?
