Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and in person
• Take and process customer orders and follow up on deliveries
• Recommend suitable skincare products to customers
• Create content for our social media pages, including photos, short videos and captions
• Maintain a professional and friendly brand image at all times
• Keep records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements

• Female, aged 21 to 26
• Minimum of ND or NCE
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to create social media content (photos, short videos, captions)
• Experience in customer service, skincare, beauty, wellness or retail is an advantage
• Must live in Lagos, preferably close to Ikeja
• Available to work Monday to Saturday.
