Job Position: Customer Care (Credit & Risk)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints relating to credit facilities, loan applications, and repayments, monitoring overdue accounts, following up on loan recoveries, identifying potential credit risks and fraudulent activities, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to the organisation’s credit and risk management policies.

Salary

N120,000 monthly.
