Minimum Requirements

Computer literate with keyboard skills and experience in Microsoft software.
Good typing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION
Manage (read, assess, respond, resolve) incoming emails from 4 addresses in Hubspot Shared Conversation Inbox (approx 170 emails per day) with response time targets.
Create ticket for further processing (depending on POP; Order; Accounting Query).
ORDER PROCESSING - DEBTORS/CUSTOMERS
Create Quote / Invoice from Email / Phone order / Hubspot Ticket (+/- 50 per day)
Send Quote via Email / From Accounting System
Capture Orders - Quotes & Invoices - on order tracking software.
Follow up on Quotes to check whether customer received it and whether they would like to proceed with the order.
