Crude Sales Officer At West African Exploration And Production (waep)

Role Purpose

Support and coordinate crude oil sales, lifting operations, commercial documentation and performance reporting to ensure timely, compliant and value-focused execution of the Company's crude marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support crude sales planning, nomination, lifting and allocation activities in accordance with approved commercial arrangements.
• Prepare and coordinate crude sales documentation, lifting schedules, nominations, invoices and related records.
• Monitor production availability, entitlement, cargo schedules and lifting performance in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
• Support evaluation of crude pricing, differentials, market information and commercial opportunities. Reconcile lifted volumes, sales quantities, pricing and commercial records with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with buyers, terminals, shipping/marine teams, partners and other stakeholders on lifting execution.
• Monitor contractual obligations and promptly escalate potential deviations, demurrage exposure or scheduling conflicts.
• Compliance with applicable procedures, controls. and regulatory requirements
• Effective management of operational/commercial risks

• Contribution to cost, reliability, revenue or performance improvement as applicable
• Prepare periodic sales, lifting, revenue and market- performance reports for Management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, internal control and applicable crude marketing requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-12 years' relevant oil and gas
