A well-established organisation within the financial and commercial sector, known for operational excellence and maintaining high standards of financial governance. This permanent role takes ownership of the full creditors function, driving accurate financial reporting, comprehensive reconciliations, and efficient supplier management. Key responsibilities Manage the full creditor's function, from capturing supplier invoices to final payment processing. Perform complex creditor reconciliations and maintain creditor systems. Reconcile corporate credit card and bank statements accurately. Handle inter-company loan accounts and associated journal entries. Generate advanced financial reports and pivot tables using Microsoft Excel. Apply basic accounting principles to day-to-financial operations. Requirements 5+ years of solid experience in a similar creditors role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically proficient in pivot tables and advanced reporting. Hands-on experience working with accounting software such as Pastel, Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks. Proven experience dealing with inter-company loan accounts and complex reconciliations. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
