Creditors Administrator (gauteng - Centurion)

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and process supplier invoices accurately and timeously
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any account discrepancies
• Prepare creditor payment reconciliations and payment schedules
• Ensure all supplier accounts are kept up to date
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, credit notes, and supplier queries
• Maintain accurate records and filing of financial documentation
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting requirements
• Monitor creditor age analyses and investigate long outstanding items
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding account-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping qualification advantageous
• 4 - 5 years experience in a Creditors | Accounts Payable role
• Strong understanding of the full creditors function
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems
• Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
