What you bring:

  • 2 - 5 years' experience in credit analysis, SME/retail lending or microfinance
  • Strong bank statement and cash flow analysis skills
  • Comfort working with large transaction datasets Excel essential; SQL is a plus
  • The judgment to say no when the numbers don't support the risk even under commercial pressure and the ability to explain why clearly

Support computation and reporting in respect of Credit Risk capital in accordance with Basel requirements, as well as monitoring compliance with other relevant frameworks and regulatory guidance.
