Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative Creative Director & Campaign Lead with proven experience in leading successful campaigns, developing creative concepts, and capturing and editing engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative strategy and campaign execution.
Develop campaign briefs and manage deliverables.
Quality-check creative assets for quality and brand consistency.
Coordinate freelance creative teams.
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Capture and edit photo and video content.
Track CTR, ROAS, and engagement metrics to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4–5 years of campaign experience.
Strong creativity and editing skills.
Portfolio of previous work.
Experience managing creative teams.
Understanding of campaign performance metrics.
Salary N350,000 Net Monthly
