At Peach, we believe cars are more than their component parts – t Creative Designer Role Overview As the Creative Designer, your responsibility is to raise the standard of everything our customers see from us. You will turn briefs into content that stops the scroll, earns trust and brings people to the yard: paid ads, social content, listings, events, signage and above the line work. This is a hands-on role for a mature creative who can own ideas end to end. You bring the concept, design it well, deliver it on time, and know how to tell whether it worked. Your work feeds lead generation directly, so creative quality and commercial results matter equally here Key Responsibilities Specifically, the Creative Designer at Peach can expect to lead/own the following elements: Creative concepts and campaigns: Turn marketing briefs into strong creative concepts, then carry them through to finished work across digital, print, outdoor and events. Develop campaign key visuals and extend them consistently across every format and channel. Bring your own ideas to the table. Spot trends early and adapt them quickly for the Kenyan car buyer and seller. Performance creative: Design paid social and digital ads for Meta, TikTok and Google, with separate creative for buyers and sellers. Build creative variations for testing, and use the results to sharpen the next round. Design for the thumb: strong hooks, clear offers and a visible call to action in the first seconds. Content and video: Produce short form video, motion graphics and edits for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, including product videos and walk arounds. Create graphics, carousels and templates that make our listings look premium and easy to shop. Support influencer and creator content with assets, edits and brand guidance. Brand, offline and Above The Line: Apply the Peach Cars Brand Book with discipline, and help evolve it as the brand grows. Design artwork for signage, billboards, branch branding, event materials and merchandise, with print-ready files and in situ mock-ups. Support TV, radio and outdoor campaigns with key visuals, storyboards and supporting assets. Process and delivery: Work through the team’s creative brief process: confirm the brief, share work in progress, close the feedback loop, deliver final files. Manage several jobs at once against agreed deadlines, and flag risks to timelines early. Keep an organised asset library and reusable templates so the team moves faster. Brief and review work from external agencies, freelancers and printers where needed. Qualifications & Experience Must-Have Qualifications 4 – 6 years in graphic design, content design or creative production, with at least 2 years in an agency or a fast-paced in-house marketing team. A track record of performance creative for social and digital channels, ideally in automotive, e-commerce, property, retail or another consumer brand. Experience taking work from concept to print and digital production, including large format. Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Nice-to-Have Qualification Experience creating content for TikTok, including native formats and trends. 3D, CGI or vehicle retouching experience. Copywriting ability in English and Swahili, including Sheng where it fits the audience. Who We Are Girl Effect is an international non-profit that builds media that girls want, trust, and need.From chatbots to chat shows and TV dramas to tech, our content helps adolescent girls in Africa and Asia make choices and changes in their lives. We create safe spaces for girls, sharing facts and answering questions about health, nutrition, education, and relationships, empowering girls with the skills to negotiate and redefine what they are told is possible for a girl. Our reach is 50 million and counting, and we use technology to reach girls at scale so every girl can choose to be in control of her body, health, learning, and livelihood. Because when a girl unlocks her power to make different choices that change her life, it inspires others to do so too. She starts a ripple effect that impacts her family, community, and country. That’s the Girl Effect. The Brand Girl Effect uses a branded media approach to deliver behavioural change programmes. We reach girls across the world, where they are online and offline, to support them at the critical moments in life when choices around their health, education, and economic future need to be made. You will utilize a human-centered design methodology, looking beyond individual tools to consider the broader Girl Effect ecosystem and the intricate pathways girls navigate as they move between our various products.
