Purpose:

  • The Creative Designer is responsible for the visual expression of every Simba Corporation Motors brand. The role turns brand, product and campaign briefs into creative elements that are on-brand, compliant with principal brand guidelines and built to engage our target audience across digital, print, showroom, events, merchandise and collateral, out-of-home (OOH) and all other touchpoints. This is a hands-on design role. The holder owns key visuals, campaign artwork and brand templates end to end, produces static, motion and multimedia assets, manages print and production quality, and runs a disciplined brief-to-delivery workflow that keeps the marketing calendar running on time.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and Concept Development

  • Translate campaign, launch and product briefs into creative concepts and key visuals that clearly communicate the value proposition.
  • Roll out approved key visuals consistently across every required format, channel and touchpoint.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, bringing visual ideas grounded in the commercial objective.
  • Art-direct product photo and video shoots alongside the Digital Marketing Executive and agencies, providing shot lists and visual references so captured assets fit the planned creative.

Digital and Web Design

  • Design social media assets for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok to the correct format and specification for each platform.
  • Produce paid media creative in multiple sizes and variants to support testing and optimisation with the Media Buyer.
  • Design email campaigns, website banners and model page assets.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups and UI designs for website and landing page updates, and work with the tech team to ensure designs are built accurately.
  • Deliver digital assets on time against the content calendar agreed with the Digital Marketing Executive.

Print, Showroom and Point-of-Sale

  • Design brochures, specification sheets, price lists, flyers and other sales collateral for each model and brand.
  • Produce showroom and dealer point-of-sale materials, including window and wall graphics, standees, banners and vehicle display cards.
  • Design out-of-home and large-format artwork, including billboards and vehicle branding.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork with correct bleed, colour profiles and file specifications, and sign off proofs before production.

Motion and Multimedia

  • Design motion graphics, animations and short-form video edits for launches, campaigns, social channels and digital screens.
  • Produce model reveal animations, product feature explainers and animated specification content.

Events, Launches and Activations

  • Design artwork for vehicle launches, media events, roadshows, expos and dealer activations, including stage backdrops, branded tents, signage and merchandise.
  • Produce event presentation decks and on-screen content.
  • Work with BTL / Activations to ensure artwork is delivered to specification and on time.

Brand Management and OEM Compliance

  • Apply each brand's guidelines and the principal corporate identity requirements accurately across all work.
  • Apply the Simba Corporation identity and dealer co-branding rules correctly alongside each franchise brand.
  • Build and maintain master design templates for each brand covering social, print, point-of-sale and presentation formats.
  • Submit artwork for approval where required and track approvals through to sign-off.
  • Keep working files organised and version-controlled, and hand final assets to the shared digital asset library.

Sales, Aftersales and Internal Support

  • Design sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, model comparison sheets and fleet or tender proposal artwork.
  • Produce vehicle livery and fleet branding mock-ups to support commercial vehicle sales.
  • Support aftersales, parts and service campaigns with promotional artwork and customer-facing materials.
  • Produce internal communications and presentations to corporate visual standards when required.

Workflow, Project and Vendor Management

  • Run a structured brief intake process, confirming scope, formats, deadlines and approvers before work starts.
  • Manage multiple projects across brands at once, prioritising against the commercial calendar and agreed turnaround times.
  • Brief, manage and quality-check external vendors, including printers, fabricators, vehicle branding and production companies.
  • Track design requests, turnaround and revision rounds, and flag bottlenecks early.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with design trends, platform specifications, tools and techniques, and apply them where they strengthen brand and commercial impact.
  • Use AI-assisted design tools to increase speed and variation without compromising brand quality or OEM compliance.
  • Review creative performance with the Digital Marketing Executive and Media Buyer, and apply the learnings to future work.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Creative Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience as a Creative Designer or comparable role in an agency or corporate environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, large-format and motion work.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for multiple brands simultaneously while keeping each identity distinct.
  • Proven experience taking work from concept Experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.
  • Familiarity with the automotive, mobility or comparable considered-purchase industry.
  • Experience working to global principal or OEM brand guidelines and approval processes.
  • Experience with vehicle branding, exhibition or retail environment design.
  • 3D visualisation or CGI capability.through to print and production, including managing vendors.

We create safe spaces for girls, sharing facts and answering questions about health, nutrition, education, and relationships, empowering girls with the skills to negotiate and redefine what they are told is possible for a girl. Our reach is 50 million and counting, and we use technology to reach girls at scale so every girl can choose to be in control of her body, health, learning, and livelihood.
