Kenyan citizen.
Served as Chief Physical Planner for 3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Urban Planning, or Town Planning.
Corporate member of Kenya Institute of Planners or Architectural Association of Kenya (Town Planning Chapter).
Registered by the Physical Planners Registration Board.
Senior Management Course (4 weeks) or equivalent.
