Kenyan citizen.
Served as Assistant Director, Physical Planning for 3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Urban Planning, or Town Planning.
Master’s degree in the same disciplines.
Corporate member of Kenya Institute of Planners or Architectural Association of Kenya (Town Planning Chapter).
Registered by the Physical Planners Registration Board.
Strategic Leadership Development Programme (6 weeks) or equivalent.
Demonstrated managerial and professional competence.
