Kenyan citizen.
Served for 3 years as Senior Human Resource Management Officer or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, HR Development, HR Planning, Commerce (HR Option), or related qualification.
OR Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Education, Public/Business Administration, Government, or Commerce plus Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management/Development.
Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
