Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

  • As Country Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across the Nigerian business, with responsibility for commercial growth, operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.
  • You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, developing local talent and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and profitable operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
  • MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
  • 18+ years of leadership experience in maritime, offshore, oil & gas, logistics or related industries
  • Proven experience leading a country operation, business unit or large-scale operational function
  • Strong track record in P&L management, commercial growth and strategic client management
  • Strong understanding of marine, offshore, regulatory and governance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and manage risk effectively
