Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and results-oriented Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver employee training and development programmes that enhance workforce competencies, improve organisational performance, and support business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning materials, facilitating training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments to identify employee skills gaps and organisational development requirements.
Design, develop, and implement corporate training programmes aligned with organisational objectives.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and employee development programmes.
Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, guides, and other learning resources.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
Deliver training on leadership, communication, customer service, teamwork, productivity, workplace ethics, and other relevant professional skills.
Collaborate with departmental heads and management to identify staff development priorities.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance reviews, and post-training evaluations.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, budgets, and training reports.
Identify and recommend external training providers, facilitators, and learning resources where necessary.
Support the development of employee career progression and succession planning initiatives.
Monitor emerging trends in corporate learning and recommend innovative training approaches.
Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organisation.
Prepare periodic reports on training activities, outcomes, and return on training investment.
