We are looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer.
The scope of the individual's responsibilities:
Build and develop the organization's training systems.
Develop relevant training materials for sales agents and managers
Identify performance gaps and implement targeted training interventions
Work closely with relevant departments to align training with business goals
Train individuals on updated policies and compliance requirements
Monitor performance post-training and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success
