We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Corporate Fund Officer Location: Lagos
Role Summary
The Corporate Fund Officer will support capital raising, fund structuring, transaction execution, and fund management activities.
The role involvesresearch, documentation, and coordination across funding and investment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate funding opportunities from DFIs, institutional investors, and capital markets
Support preparation of investor presentations, funding proposals, and capital raising materials
Conduct market research on funding sources, investment opportunities, and industry trends
Assist in structuring investment funds and executing transactions (CP issuances, fundraising, listings)
Prepare pitch decks, information memoranda, and related documentation
Monitor fund performance and support investor reporting
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on transactions and funding activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
2–4 years’ experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or fund-related roles
Good understanding of financial markets, capital markets, and development finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
Experience in capital raising, transaction advisory, or fund structuring
Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) or in progress
