Corporate Communication Officer Ii At Kenya Veterinary Board

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -

• Recording customer complaints, compliments and associated responses;
• Promoting a positive corporate image of KVB;
• Posting of content on the website and social media platforms under supervision; 
• Collecting and collating comments from across the Board’s social media platforms;
• Providing support for the graphic design of various promotional, and Information, Education, and Communication IEC materials, reports and documents as needed;
• Processing information from the customer care desk under supervsion.

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: -

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Communications, Journalism, English Literature, Public Administration, Public Relations, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and
• Proficiency in computer applications.
