Corporate Communication Assistant I - An- Scale -kmtc 7

For appointment to this grade an officer must have:  

•  Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience three (3) years should have been in the grade of Customer Care Assistant II or in a comparable position; 
• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Customer Service, Public Relations, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Management, Event Management, Front Office or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; 
• Proficiency in computer application; and 
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
