Your Activities Will Be Among Others

  • Ensure that operations are performed in a professional, efficient and cost effective manner.

  • Ensure that all operational and vessel personnel comply with all relevant regulations as well as Operational and SHEQ policies and procedures and that non-compliance is analyzed, evaluated and corrective/preventive actions are swiftly being taken.
  • In close cooperation with HR you will provide a dequate training and development of all staff under responsibility.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals of shore staff, Captains working on board the tugs in the contract and appraisal of chief engineers along with the technical department.
  • Provide input to annual budgets and monthly/quarterly performance reports and monitor the financial performance of the contract and ensure the contract budget is being achieved.
