Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes to high-quality standards.
Develop and execute menus in line with customer preferences.
Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and consistency.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Monitor kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Manage food preparation schedules and ensure timely service.
Minimise food waste and control kitchen costs.
Requirements
2–3 years' experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of continental cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
Ability to prepare a variety of continental dishes.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
Salary N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
