Responsibilities
Create, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, videos, Reels, and promotional content for property sales, rentals, and developments.
Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Develop content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and ensure consistent online activity.
Promote properties, company activities, site inspections, property launches, and real estate investment opportunities.
Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and direct enquiries to the sales team.
Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase engagement, generate leads, and support property sales.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitors to improve content strategy.
Maintain the company's brand image and ensure all published property information is accurate and approved.
Track social media performance, enquiries, and leads, and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Salary N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
