Job Position: Content Creator / Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lekki 1, Lagos

- Create, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, videos, Reels, and promotional content for property sales, rentals, and developments.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Develop content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and ensure consistent online activity.
- Promote properties, company activities, site inspections, property launches, and real estate investment opportunities.
- Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and direct enquiries to the sales team.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase engagement, generate leads, and support property sales.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitors to improve content strategy.
- Maintain the company's brand image and ensure all published property information is accurate and approved.
- Track social media performance, enquiries, and leads, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
