We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage the company's social media platforms, and strengthen its online presence.
- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for the company's social media platforms.
- Develop content ideas that attract, educate, and engage the target audience.
- Plan and manage the company's social media content calendar.
- Create and edit videos, reels, photos, graphics, and other social media content.
- Manage the company's social media pages and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Monitor social media trends and create relevant content around them.
- Respond to comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly.
- Monitor audience engagement and use insights to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with the team to promote services, campaigns, and special offers.
- Respond to social media DMs and enquiries during weekends when required.
- BSc in Mass Communication or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong ability to create engaging content that attracts and retains an audience.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Excellent video creation and editing skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy.
- Creativity, proactiveness, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to respond to DMs and engage with the audience during weekends when required.
- A portfolio of previous content work is required.
