Responsibilities Content Creation & Learning Development: Create engaging training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments and other learning content. Build and edit e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, iSpring Suite or Adobe Captivate. Produce training videos using tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Powtoon or Adobe Premiere Pro. Manage and upload content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo or SAP Litmos. Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to turn business knowledge into simple, engaging content. Track course participation/completion and share basic learning reports. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate communication. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, social media and other talent channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
