Corporate Consulting & Customisation
Engage with corporate clients to understand their leadership development needs and customise training programmes accordingly.
Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate sector.
Revenue & Budget Management
Drive revenue generation by meeting and exceeding both individual and team sales targets.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for business growth.
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Identify and seize opportunities to expand the reach of leadership education programmes.
Develop partnerships with corporates to enhance business offerings.
Operational Excellence & Attention to Detail
Ensure all customised programmes are delivered with the highest level of quality and excellence.
Monitor operational processes and implement improvements where necessary.
Proven experience in corporate consulting and designing leadership education programmes for corporates.
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and business targets.
Experience in managing budgets and driving financial performance.
Senior management experience leading and growing teams.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
