Construction Project Planner At Palton Morgan Holdings

The Role

• As Project Planner at Palton Morgan Holdings, you will be at the heart of our construction programme management - developing master schedules, monitoring critical paths, and ensuring our high-value residential and commercial projects are delivered on time and to the Palton Morgan standard of excellence.

What You Bring

• 3 - 6 years of hands-on construction planning & programme management experience
• Proven track record on building projects valued above 500 million
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Strong command of CPM, resource levelling, and earned value management (EVM)
• Experience with delay analysis, EOT claims, and as-built records
• B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-linked construction programmes and master schedules
• Produce progress reports, S-curves, and critical path analyses for senior stakeholders
• Identify schedule risks and delays early and drive recovery plans
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and QS teams
• Support EOT claims and delay analysis through time impact assessments (TIA)
