Pediatrician This role entails evaluating complex medical cases, interpreting clinical data, and providing expert guidance on patient care strategies, regulatory compliance, and health policy. It also includes supervising and mentoring the clinical practice of other healthcare professionals within their area of expertise. Master of Medicine in the required field Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB or MBBS) At least two (2) years of postgraduate work experience or evidence of being under supervision by a senior specialist Registered as a specialist and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures. Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Community Oral Health Officer (COHO) They are responsible for providing high-quality dental care services to patients while observing the scope and acceptable standards of operation. The officer diagnoses and treats various oral health conditions, offers preventive dental services, and educates patients on oral hygiene practices. They play a crucial role in promoting oral health and ensuring patients receive quality dental care. Academic Qualifications Diploma in Community Oral Health Registered with a valid license from Oral Health Association of Kenya (OHAK) / Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) Minimum of two (2) years’ experience Desirable Competencies: Proficient in computer applications Good communication skills Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene and oral health Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements Compliance with regulatory and Oral Safety standards Medical Officer – Kiambu Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS) Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital. Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures. Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Desirable competencies Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills. Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and health schemes. Good report writing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other stakeholders. Business Development Officer Bachelor’s degree in business administration/sales & marketing, or related field. At least three (3) years’ working experience in a similar role. 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry; Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance an added advantage. drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment. Desirable competencies Proven track record of meeting sales or expansion targets. Understanding of healthcare regulations, products, and services Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Good communicatin anod interpersonal skills. Medical Officer – Nairobi Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS) Experience working in an Internal Medicine department; or Demonstrated interest in pursuing Internal Medicine Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital. Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures. Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Desirable competencies Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills. Conversant with both public and private sector At least 2 yrs experience BLS & ACLS With leadership experience Customer Experience Officer/Receptionist Qualifications/Requirements Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ HealthRecords, or an equivalent qualification At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
