1. Job Purpose
SwiftAxis Limited is seeking a creative, strategic and results-driven Communication Specialist to strengthen the company's corporate image, brand visibility and stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will develop and implement effective communication strategies, manage digital communication platforms, create compelling content and ensure consistent messaging that promotes the company's services, enhances public confidence and supports business growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications: Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives, brand identity and business priorities.
Content Development: Prepare engaging press releases, company profiles, newsletters, reports, promotional materials and corporate announcements.
Digital & Social Media Management: Manage company social media platforms, website content and digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent corporate messaging, branding and professional presentation across all communication channels.
Public & Media Relations: Build positive relationships with media organisations, clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that generate leads and support customer acquisition.
Internal Communications: Facilitate timely communication of company updates, policies, announcements and strategic initiatives to employees.
Events & Publicity: Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, stakeholder engagements and media activities.
Crisis & Reputation Management: Support crisis communication, manage sensitive public information and recommend measures to protect the company's reputation.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track communication performance, analyse audience engagement and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
