About the job
The Commercialization & Project Manager is responsible for leading medium-sized innovation, product, and supply chain projects from concept through implementation.
The role ensures successful commercialization of new products, portfolio changes, export initiatives, and contingency projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and delivering business objectives on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
What we Ask
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
5–8 years' experience in Project Management, Commercialization, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Product Development within FMCG
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Experience leading innovation launches, portfolio changes, and commercialization initiatives
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Experience with business case development, budgeting, and project governance
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Knowledge of digital project management tools and portfolio management systems is an advantage
PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
