Job Description
Manage a portfolio of premium commercial properties, delivering exceptional tenant experience and asset performance.
Responsibilities
Manage tenant relationships, leasing and renewals
Oversee facility management and service providers
Prepare budgets, forecasts and asset performance reports.
Requirements
Relevant Degree; membership of NIESV or RICS is a plus
6+ years in commercial property or facilities management
Strong commercial negotiation skills.
