Qualifications
LLB degree
Must be an admitted attorney in South Africa
5–8 years' proven commercial or corporate legal experience (in-house or law firm)
Demonstrable experience with commercial contracts, commercial terms and FIDIC contracts
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
