Job Description

A company that provides cloud-based software and digital solutions for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and supply chain industries is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Operations Lead who will manage, maintain, and secure the company's cloud ecosystem, primarily focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities:

System Health & Maintenance: Monitor, optimize, and manage GCP compute, networking, IAM, storage, and database services.
Support & Escalation: Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 incident resolution for complex cloud issues.
Operational Oversight: Ensure infrastructure uptime, disaster recovery (DR) readiness, automated backups, and cost optimization.
SDLC Support: Assist engineering teams with code deployments within established SDLC guardrails and CI/CD pipelines.
ISMS Integration: Serve as the technical hands-on lead within the Information Security Management System (ISMS) team.
ISO 27001 Compliance: Enforce security controls, gather audit evidence, conduct access reviews, and maintain compliance artifacts for annual certification.
Vulnerability & Threat Management: Lead vulnerability scanning, patch management, and remediation; monitor security tools like GCP Security Command Center.
Access & Network Governance: Audit IAM policies to enforce Least Privilege access and maintain secure network configurations (VPCs, firewalls).

Minimum Requirements:

Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience administering and securing cloud environments (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure considered).
Security & Governance: Direct experience working within ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST frameworks.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with Terraform or scripting tools.
Monitoring & Logging: Hands-on exposure to cloud monitoring, logging, or SIEM tools.
