Responsibilities
Apply advanced technical sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation solutions, emphasizing security, innovation, and the value of Microsoft Cloud and artificial intelligence.
Use deep understanding of customer context, portfolio expertise, and industry knowledge to build credibility as a trusted advisor and to assess and consult on customer security and transformation needs.
Lead and ensure complex technical wins across workloads, teams, and regions by establishing clear rules of engagement, coaching technical sellers and account teams, and leveraging Microsoft programs and resources.
Act as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices and delivering content at internal and external events, enabling customers and partners to increase their understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions.
Build and nurture technical communities through community calls, sessions, and hackathons, and mentor others to scale impact across customers, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
