Clinical Supervisor Train-to-hire Program

We’ve officially opened applications for the second cohort of our Clinical Supervisor Train-To-Hire Program, specifically for people based in Kilifi and Nakuru.

If you’re a recent graduate in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field and want hands-on experience supervising community-based youth mental health interventions, this is for you!

It is a 4-week program, and once you complete it, you will get:

• A Certificate in Supervising Lay Providers in Youth Mental Health Settings
• Direct consideration for Clinical Supervisor roles in upcoming implementations
• A guaranteed place on our hiring bench if you’re not contracted right away
