KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Take responsibility of the reception and the waiting area
  • Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and respond to patients' enquires
  • Confirm appointments, communicate with patients and maintain and update patient records.
  • Handle appropriately incoming and outgoing calls, mail and other channels of communication
  • Provide general administration assistance to the clinic & operation manager to include event support, and clinic upkeep.
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Ensure a positive client experience by exhibiting excellent customer service.
  • Process financial transactions and perform daily opening and closing duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays 4 times in a week.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Well groomed with a cheerful personality
  • Social Media management experience will be an added advantage
