Client Onboarding Specialist At Solvo Global

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects
• Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding process
• Gather requirements and translate them into operational workflows
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates
• Support process improvements and documentation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with CRM and project management tools

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, HR Services, Staffing, or BPO environments
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
