Monthly Compensation
$850 USD Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Bonus Opportunities
Your salary is paid in USD, providing stability and competitive earning potential while working remotely from South Africa.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Care Specialist at PJI Law, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for every person who contacts our firm. You'll ensure all incoming communications are handled promptly, professionally, and consistently while supporting the Intake Team and helping keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls within 5 seconds, promptly and professionally, while following established call scripts and workflows
Providing a warm, empathetic, and professional experience for every caller
Meeting daily performance targets, including outbound calls, call times, hold times, and missed-call percentage
Managing SMS and email communications using approved templates and responding within established service standards
Accurately documenting every client interaction, call, and disposition in our CRM
Referring prospective clients to appropriate resources when our firm is unable to assist, following established referral procedures
Owning a specialty area of the business, such as our AI receptionist, referrals, web inquiries, SMS, or outbound client calls, and serving as the team's go-to expert
Making outbound calls to clients to renew memberships, identify additional legal needs, and connect them with trusted partners
Asking satisfied clients for 5-star reviews
Collaborating with team members to ensure every caller receives an outstanding client experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Can remain focused while working independantly from home
Has outstanding customer service and communication skills
Is comfortable making outbound calls and confidently asking clients for renewals, referrals, and reviews
Has excellent phone etiquette
Is fluent in spoken and written U.S. English
Has exceptional grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
Learns new technology quickly
Has a growth mindset and welcomes feedback
Desires career growth and a work environment that promotes from within
This role is built for someone wired a specific way. If a missed call makes you twitch, if "I'll respond later" isn't in your vocabulary, and if inbox-zero is a way of life rather than a goal, we should talk.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time remote position working U.S. Eastern Time business hours, Monday – Friday.
Working hours will generally fall between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), depending on your assigned shift.
