About the Role

• We are looking for a Client Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing clients across Enugu, driving retention, renewals, and revenue expansion across an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role owns a defined set of client accounts, is responsible for keeping those clients engaged and renewing, and works to grow revenue from within the portfolio through cross-selling and upselling. It is a strong fit for someone target-driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable owning commercial outcomes on a portfolio of accounts.

You Should Apply If

• You have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Client Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, or Sales
• You have strong relationship management and communication skills
• You have experience in customer retention and renewals
• You have a proven ability to grow existing revenue through cross-selling and upselling
• You have strong customer engagement, follow-up, and client account management skills
• You have good computer literacy and are familiar with CRM or other digital tools
• You have a target-driven mindset and the ability to manage and grow assigned accounts
• You are based in Enugu or its environs

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts across Enugu
• Drive client retention and ensure timely contract renewals across the assigned portfolio
• Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts
• Maintain regular, proactive engagement with clients through calls, visits, and follow-ups
• Track account activity, renewals, and opportunities using CRM or other digital tools
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and retention targets
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate product or service issues appropriately
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and account status
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Client Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, or Sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Based in Enugu or its environs
