Job Description

  • Clean and maintain office spaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, kitchen, dining areas, washrooms and other common areas.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum and sanitise surfaces, floors, furniture, fixtures and other office facilities as required.
  • Ensure washrooms are cleaned, sanitised and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast for staff and visitors as required.
  • Set up and maintain clean and hygienic food and beverage serving areas.
  • Receive and serve lunch once delivered, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness of the serving area.
  • Wash, sanitise and properly store dishes, utensils, cups, cutlery and kitchen equipment after use.
  • Ensure leftover food is properly covered, stored and handled in accordance with food hygiene requirements.
  • Dispose of food waste, general waste and other refuse appropriately and in accordance with workplace hygiene and environmental requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and orderliness throughout the office premises at all times.
  • Monitor levels of cleaning, kitchen and hygiene supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment is required.
  • Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are properly used, cleaned and stored after use.
  • Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, spillages, hazards or other hygiene concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Observe and comply with all applicable workplace health, safety, hygiene and food safety procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous and respectful manner when interacting with employees, visitors and service providers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of employees and office activities encountered during the course of work.
  • Support the office team in maintaining an organised, safe and pleasant working environment.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Verify the quality of incoming raw nuts (Good quality, SKR, Moisture content) Packaging Inventory: Manage the quality of packaging materials and other processing aids before acceptance to the processing factory Product Integrity & Quality Assurance Finished Product Compliance: Oversee the grading and classification of macadamia kernels to ensure they meet international standards and customer specifications regarding size, color, and quality defect limits. Ensure operators are correctly identifying critical defects such as immature nuts, insect damage, and mold.
