Lead lowerlevel employees through training, mentorship and daytoday direction.
Anticipate future needs and make recommendations.
Assist project teams by coordinating details and following up on pending needs.
Support budget preparation and control activities.
Perform research, analyze information and make recommendations.
Compile complex data into memos, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
Take meeting minutes and manage documentation.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for multiple leaders.
Manage email inboxes of assigned leaders.
Make travel arrangements.
Present at meetings.
Support office resiliency and emergency response operations.
Plan and execute large meetings, conferences and events.
Answer complex telephone and email requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired
Qualifications
Required

Diverse clerical experience with computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Applications).
Strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette and business writing.
Basic business accounting skills (invoices, POs, contracts).
Organizational skills (filing, scheduling, prioritization).
Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, employees and vendors.
Customeroriented, adaptable and resultsfocused.
Experience in account and payment management.Preferred

Recognized university degree and industryrecognized certifications.
Capacity to communicate in English for trainings and calls.
Power BI abilities to support facilities management.
